2.4 phpopen does not accept registrations from individuals who are self-excluded, on any gaming exclusion register, or who have been previously banned from the Platform.
3.1 To access the full features of the phpopen Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) phpopen account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phpopen reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings associated with them.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpopen Login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify phpopen immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phpopen will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
3.4 phpopen may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your phpopen account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.1 phpopen accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phpopen wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
4.3 phpopen does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phpopen bears no responsibility.
4.4 phpopen reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
4.5 All transactions on the phpopen Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
5.1 phpopen may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.
5.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds.
5.3 phpopen reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
6.1 All games available on the phpopen Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. phpopen does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, phpopen reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. phpopen's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
6.4 phpopen reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or human error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpopen Platform:

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phpopen Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phpopen content without prior written consent.

12.1 phpopen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or any other reason deemed appropriate.
12.2 Upon account closure for cause, phpopen reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where permitted by applicable law.
12.3 You may close your phpopen account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpopen Platform shall first be submitted to phpopen's customer support team for resolution. phpopen aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority under the PAGCOR framework. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any such regulatory review process.
13.4 You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.1 phpopen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
14.2 Where changes are material, phpopen will notify registered players via the contact details on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
